WESTFIELD – Kristin L. Wheeler, 38, (1982-2020) passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 23, 2020. She was born on April 18, 1982 and was raised in Westfield, MA. She was a graduate of Westfield High School in 2001 and later graduated from Branford Hall Institute with a degree in billing and coding. She worked at many different places as a cashier, waitress, retail clerk, and Barista. Kristin loved the opportunity to meet and socialize with others. Her helpful demeanor and kind heart was always apparent to those who knew her. She especially enjoyed the outdoors and loved attending Phish concerts and the Gathering of the Vibes Festival every year with her close friends. She will be greatly missed by all those who loved her.
Kristin was predeceased by her father, John Wheeler of Westfield in 2018. She leaves behind those who loved her deeply: her daughter, Jocelyn Scott of Feeding Hills; her mother, Frances Wheeler; her brother Jason Wheeler and sister-in-law Kerri; her brother, Brian Wheeler, all of Westfield. Kristin is also survived by her finance, George Terrell, with whom she lived with in Springfield. She was also a loving aunt and will be missed by her nephews, Evan and Trevor Wheeler. She also leaves behind many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. Calling hours for Kristin will be held at Firtion Adams Funeral Home, 76 Broad Street, Westfield, MA, on Saturday, August 1 from 1-3 PM.
