WESTFIELD – Tyler Kutt, of Westfield displays a 19 pound, 10 ounce carp that he caught in the Connecticut River earlier this summer. While Kutt was in the running of a gold pin in the youth category for biggest carp of the year in Massachusetts, he was awarded a bronze pin (due to the picture not having a tape measure included in it).
