Lee E. Haseltine

SOUTHWICK – Lee E. Haseltine, 60, (1959 – 2020) passed away on January 18, 2020 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Springfield, MA on June 3, 1959, he was the son of Joyce (Wood) Haseltine and the late Ross E. Haseltine. He had worked for Sullivan Paper Company as a machine operator and then as a school bus driver. For many years, he was a waiter at Chuck’s Steak House and Figaro’s as well. Lee’s main passion was running and he participated in many races. If he wasn’t running, he was helping with timekeeping and other tasks. Since 2007, he was a member of the Greater Springfield Harriers. He also had coached Girls Track in Southwick.

Besides his father, Lee was predeceased by his brother Ross Haseltine, Sr. He leaves his daughters Kerry Haseltine and Kaitlyn Haseltine; grandson Max; mother Joyce Haseltine of Southwick; brothers Frank Haseltine and his wife Michele of Westfield and Wayne Haseltine and his wife Michele of Southwick; sister Gail Most and her husband Terry of Fairmount, IN along with many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to gather on Thursday, January 23, 2020 from 4 -7 PM at Southwick Forastiere Funeral Home, 624 College Highway, Southwick with a service at 7 PM.
