WESTFIELD – Linda F. (Forsyth) Baillargeon, 64, died at home on Tuesday, February 19, 2013, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 12, 1949 in Ludlow, MA to the late Raymond and Priscilla (Falardeau) Forsyth.She was a 1967 graduate of Maria Assumpta Academy in Petersham and attended Anna Maria in Paxton. Linda has been a resident of Westfield since 1977. She was a former member of the Sisters of the Assumption and now is an associate member. She was an Insurance Agent for Met Life in Longmeadow, a member of the Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church and has been a secretary for the Westfield Public Schools. Linda loved spending time with her 2 dogs. The family would like to thank her South Middle School family for all the love and support that was given to her.
She was predeceased by her husband Paul in 1996. Linda leaves her children, Paul J. Baillargeon and Luke Baillargeon and his wife Natalya all of Westfield and Mary Baillargeon of North Adams.
The funeral for Linda will be held on Sunday, February 24th at 12:00 noon at the Firtion-Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad Street, Westfield followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 1:00 p.m. in Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church, 127 Holyoke Road, Westfield. Burial will be private in St. Thomas Cemetery in West Springfield. Calling hours at the funeral home will be held Saturday evening from 5:00-8:00 p.m.
