WESTFIELD – Louise R. (Pais) Falcetti, 90, of Westfield died Saturday. January 26, 2013 in a local nursing home. Born in Westfield, she was a lifelong resident living on East Mountain Road most of her life, and was a communicant of Our Lady of Blessed Sacrament Church.
Louise enjoyed the outdoors, tending to her flower and vegetable gardens, taking walks, spending time with her family, and was kind, loving and most of all a great listener.
She was the widow of Alfred Falcetti, Sr, who died in 1981, and was also predeceased by two brothers, and four sisters. Louise is survived by a son, Alfred Jr, and his wife Susan of Westfield; a daughter, Joanne Santaniello and her husband Garry of Wilbraham; and a sister, Rose Grimaldi of Westfield. She also leaves two grandchildren, Donna Falcetti and her husband Dr. Seth Eichenlaub of Northampton, and Michael Falcetti of Agawam; three great-grandchildren, Lucas Falcetti, Juliana and Joseph Eichenlaub, and several nieces and nephews. Her family would like to thank the staff of Heritage Hall North for their compassionate care.
Her funeral will be on Wednesday, January 30th at 10:00 a.m. from the Firtion-Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad Street, Westfield followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial in Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church,127 Holyoke Road, Westfield at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery. Calling hours at the funeral home will be on Wednesday morning from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.
