SOUTHAMPTON – M. Louise Roland (Evans), aged 86, passed away October 3rd, 2023, after a brief battle with Cancer. Louise was born in Montrose GA to Ellen (Fountain) and William H. Evans on December 15th, 1936. Louise Roland lived in Westfield from 1970 through 1985 at which time she moved to Southampton MA.
Louise was predeceased by a son Gerry Roland, her beloved husband Walter (Gene) Roland, a sister Betty Evans, a grandson Joe Roland and her parents.
Family was the most important thing to Louise, and she loved to spend time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Louise is survived by her beloved children David Roland (Ann) of Hickory NC, Donna Wright (Mark) of Westhampton MA, and Janice Landis (Mike) of South Berwick ME. Louise leaves behind the loves of her life, her grandchildren Alycia Wright (Ryan Bouvier), Bekah Wright (Drew Cienciwa), Jeremy Wright, Maitie Naleski (Steve), Savannah Freeman (Jon), Nick Landis (Jenna Dailey) and great-grandchildren Benjamin Bouvier, Olivia Cienciwa, Brynn Cienciwa and a soon to be born granddaughter, Lennon Cienciwa. She is also survived by her sisters Carolyn Kitchens, Nell Kitchens, brother WH Evans (Ann) and many nieces and nephews.
Louise requested not to have a funeral/wake and the family is honoring her wishes. A private graveside service will take place in GA in the spring. Firtionadams.com
