Melissa A. Melloni, 29, of 33 Elm St., saw a charge of distribution of a Class E drug brought by Westfield police dismissed without prejudice due to tainted analysis results.
John P. Dineen, 20, of 22 High St., Pepperell, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and a charge of malicious destruction larceny of property valued less than $250 was not prosecuted.
Michael A Royland, 33, of 8R Howard St., saw a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by a Westfield resident dismissed due to insufficient evidence.
Teressa A. Libian, 21, of 27 Clark Wright Road, Chester, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of permitting unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. She was found to be responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and was assessed $50.
Gabriel A. Rodriguez, 23, of 691 State St., Springfield, saw a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle not prosecuted.
Matthew Miville, 20, of 4 Wayne Ave., Oxford, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Savier R. Cosme, 20, of 41 Orange St., saw a charge of distribution of a Class D drug brought by Westfield police dismissed without prejudice due to tainted analysis results.
James M. Lewis, 19, of 12 Lenox St., Feeding Hills, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of assessments totaling $100.
Adam Conrad, 22, of 130 North Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50.

Brandon J. Palmer, 20, of 122 Chestnut St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 5 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a number plate violation brought by Westfield police.
Todd A. Parady, 30, of 1298 Blandford Road, Russell, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Jami Mercolino, 35, of 549 Russell Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of permitting unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
Norman R. Gray Jr., 51, of 72 Pequot Point Road, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and was placed on probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Joseph Carrier, 34, of 10 Sixth Ave., Quincy, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 13 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
