WEST SPRINGFIELD – Marie R. (Nixon) Bohn, 83, died Sunday, September 2, 2013 surrounded by her loving family.Marie loved to oil paint and many of her paintings were hung in the West Springfield Public Library. She also loved to cook and read books.
She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Gustave Bohn; her three children, Cindy Gonzalez of Springfield, Fred Bohn and his wife Lu of Southwick and Carrie Solek and her husband Rick of Southwick; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Marie will always be remembered for her beautiful smile.
There will be no services at Marie’s request, just smile.
