WESTFIELD – Marie T. (York) Bard, 88, (1929-2018) passed away on February 28, 2018 at Baystate Noble Hospital. She was born in Portland Maine to the late Moses and Eleanor (Carey) York. She worked at Buxton’s and for Robinson Reminder in her earlier years. Marie is predeceased by her husband William Bard, two sons Dennis and Dolor Bruneau and a daughter Cynthia Pierce. She is survived by her children, Jeffery Bard of Westfield, Richard Bard of Chicopee, Clifford Bard of Southwick, Carolyn Desormeaux of Westfield and Catherine Bard of Easthampton and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. A Funeral Home Service will be held on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at 1:45 PM in the Firtion Adams FS, 76 Broad St. Westfield followed by burial in the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Main St. Agawam.
