Brian A. Dodge, 58, of 12 Stark Road, was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a July 18 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, a motor vehicle lights violation and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Westfield police.
Nicolas A. Anton, 21, of 22 South Florida St., Agawam, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
