Cristobal Ortiz, 23, of 49 Jefferson St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a July 23 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Luis Valdes, 25, of 120 Norfolk St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50. He was found to be responsible for a charge of speeding and assessed $100.
Melissa L. Trudell, 37, of 30 Summer St., was released on $200 cash bail pending a July 2 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of shoplifting merchandise valued more than $100 by concealing merchandise and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Trudell was released on her personal recognizance pending a July 2 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250.
Daniel C. Pulley, 24, of 9 Zephyr Drive, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation brought by State Police.
Thomas H. Faverau, 25, of 18 Woodside Circle, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 25 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police.
Bonnie Gregory, 51, of 138 W. Alvord St., Springfield, was placed on pretrial probation for one year after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by a Southwick resident.

Valentin S. Covileac, 19, of 19 Parkside Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and carrying a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police.
Mykhaylo M. Makarchuk, 20, of 62 S. Maple St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of failure to stop for police, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop or yield and speeding brought by Westfield police.
Anthony J. Montagna, 41, of 6 Sackett St., saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police dismissed when the Commonwealth failed to prosecute.
Ivan Rivera, 48, of 95 Clifton St., Springfield, saw a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the victim.
Paul J. Casey Jr., 35, of 56 Bates Road, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a $750 fine. He was assessed $600 and sentenced to a 127 day term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for two yeas. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and he was found to be responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations.
Bruno M. Massa, 43, of 581 Huntington Road, Russell, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 3 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by State Police.
Danielle A. Collette, 25, of 10 Judith Way, Holyoke, was released on her personal recognizance pending a July 11 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought and a miscellaneous motor vehicle lights violation brought by Westfield police.
Barbara L. Fiato, 45, of 868 Southampton Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of malicious damage of property valued more than $250 brought by a Southampton resident and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50 and ordered to pay restitution of $1,200.
Joseph P. Basile, 33, of 79 Franklin St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 8 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Shane A. Mineau, 23, of 89 Mechanic St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to stop for police and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police.
