WESTFIELD – Michael N. Fleury, 55, (1964 – 2019) passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at Baystate Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Springfield to Corinne Driscoll Franklin. He was employed for 30 years as an electrician for Riverside Park and Six Flags in Agawam. Mike enjoyed hunting and fishing, was an avid NASCAR fan, just recently began flying model airplanes and was a longtime member and Board Member of the Westfield Sportsman’s Club. Everyone who knew and met Mike always considered and spoke of him as being a “good man”. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Mike is survived by his beloved wife of 24 years, Susan T. (Olszewski) Fleury, his step son Jason G. Cole of Westfield, his mother Corinne (Driscoll) Franklin and her late husband Wallace (Mike’s Dad) of West Springfield, his brother Bryan K. Fleury of West Springfield, his step siblings, Theresa Murphy of Keene, NH, Lisa Ascioti of Westfield and Stephen Franklin of Westfield, his uncles, Mark Driscoll and Russell Fleury and aunts, Diana Robinson and Denise Orf.
A Funeral Service for Mike will be held on Saturday at 4PM in the Firtion Adams FS, 76 Broad St. Westfield, MA. Visiting hours will precede the service from 1-4PM in the funeral home.
