Michelle Lynn Gage-Baldyga

WESTFIELD – Michelle Lynn Gage-Baldyga, age 62, passed away peacefully with her family surrounding her on January 18th, 2024. Michelle was born on October 30th, 1952 in Ware, Massachusetts.

Michelle had so many beloved characteristics that showed immediately to everyone she met. She was kind, caring, and loving. Although small in stature, her heart and fierce independent personality were bigger than anyone could see.

Michelle stood up and protected everyone she cared for regardless of the consequences. She was a mother, a wife, and a protector who refused to let any type of injustice happen.

Michelle was often found hanging out with her husband and best friend, Teddy. Together they took on many home projects, spent time with close family and friends by the fire, and took weekend trips to explore the local area.

Michelle had a beautiful, simple life that reflected how much love and care she had for those close to her. Michelle’s career took her many places but always reflected all of her values. She cooked and cared for many residents at Barnard Rest Home, was a manager at New England Uniform for many years, and eventually owned her own cleaning business where she took care of homes for people in the local community.

While doing all of this, Michelle also managed to be the best full-time mother and wife. Michelle created a community of people who are loved and cared for, and given the best gift of all, laughter. Michelle’s fierce and independent personality, sarcasm, jokes, lovingness and kindness made her who she was.

Michelle is predeceased by Maryann and Edwin G. Gage, Junior.

She is survived by her husband Theodore Baldyga, her daughter Lindsay Avery (Baldyga), and her sister Debra Gage Kober.

Michelle will be celebrated privately with family and close friends. www.firtionadams.com
