SOUTHAMPTON – Nancy S. Kennedy, 60, of Southampton, MA passed away peacefully with her family by her side. She was born January 15, 1953 in Westfield, to the late Harold and Jane (Humphreville) Sanville.
Nancy had graduated from St. Mary’s High School in Westfield, Holyoke Community College, and Mercy Hospital School of Radiology. She had worked in Transitional Assistance for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for the past 26 years. Nancy had enjoyed playing Keno and betting on the horses at Saratoga Racetrack in NY.
She is survived by her loving husband, James F. Kennedy; her step-children, Matthew Kennedy and his wife Renee of Granby, Melissa Bezio of Gill, Mitchell Kennedy of Adlock, NC, Jason Kennedy and his wife Rose of Chicopee; her sisters, Sally Ascolillo and her husband Vic, Alice Deery and Bette Babinski and her husband Peter all of Westfield; six grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and her pets Daisy and Joley. She was predeceased by her brother, Mark Sanville who passed away recently.
There are no calling hours, and burial will be at the convenience of the family. Hobert Funeral Home of Holyoke is in charge of the arrangements.
