On Thursday evening, downtown Westfield neighbors gathered at The Arbors, before the storm swept in, to meet the new culinary team. New chef and Dietary Director for The Arbors, Dennis Clark served bite-sized portions of items off the same winter menu that the assisted living residents enjoy. In particular, the Pecan Crusted Tilapia over Wild Mushroom Orzo and mini Tomato, Pesto & Mozzarella Panini were a big hit on such a cold night.
