Norman A. Miltimore

flagSOUTHWICK: Norman A. “Norm” Miltimore, 74, (1941 – 2016) of Southwick, passed away May 31, 2016 at home.  Born in Burlington, VT to the late Claude and Hazel (Miller) Miltimore, he was a graduate of Amherst High School.  Upon graduation, Norm served his country honorably in the U.S. Navy.  Norm was employed at Intelicoat Technologies also known as Rexam and James River Graphics as a Coder and Supervisor for over 44 years.  Norm loved the outdoors and was an avid fisherman and huntsman.  His passion was going on vacation for fishing and hunting to Pittsburgh, NH three times a year.  He was a member of the American Legion in Southwick and the Lake George Sportsman’s Club.

He will be dearly missed by his loving wife and soul mate, Judy Vannelli; his four children, Scott Miltimore (Ruth), Kristen Balukonis (Chris), Christopher Miltimore (Maria) and Shawn Miltimore (Sarah); his sister, Sally Mackay (Terry Paige); his grandchildren, Scott Jr., Crystal Rocco, Kyle, Cody; Jennifer and Benjamin Balukonis, Brynja, Dylan, Isaias and Laila; great-grandchildren, Sydney, Spencer, Mackenzie, Emma, Noah Rocco and Jackson; nephew and best friend, Gino Sassi (Ruth); extended family, Paul, Amy, Lori and Sara Miles and their children, Joey, Nate, Chris, Toby, Brandon, Bailey and Hailey and by his best buddy “Bubba”.  Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Bernette Farrell.

Family and friends are invited to meet for calling hours on Thursday, June 2, 2016 from 4 – 7 PM at the Southwick Forastiere Family Funeral Home, 624 College Hwy, (Highway 202/10) Southwick,   Norm’s funeral ceremony will be held on Friday, June 3, 2016 at 10 AM at the funeral home, followed by committal services with Military Honors at New Cemetery in Southwick.
