Luis Valdes, 25, of 120 Norfolk St., Springfield, was enjoined from operating a motor vehicle when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 25, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding brought by Westfield police.
Jared R. Graham, 21, of 1185 Huntington Road, Russell, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of disorderly conduct brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Addie B. Wohlers, 29, of 8 St. Paul St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 29, 2013, hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police.

Brett Tassinari, 32, of 5 Crestview Drive, West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 25, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and failure to stop or yield brought by Westfield police.
Lisa M. Kozik, 31, 1065 Memorial Ave., West Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by State Police and was assessed $350 and sentenced to a 127 day term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation. He was found to be responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Thomas C. Rossi, 59, of 435 Bardwells Ferry, Conway, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 15, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Robert C. Benoit, 20, of 39 Oakcrest St., was found to be responsible for a charge of trespass brought by Westfield State University police and was assessed $25.
Ryan F Jarest, 20, of 18 Cycle St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan 29, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of failure to stop for police, operating an unregistered recreational vehicle, operating a recreational vehicle on a public way, a recreational noise violation and a recreational vehicle violation brought by Westfield police.
Nicholas J. Cuddemi, 21, of 126 Union St., pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny from a person and was sentenced to a six-month term in the house of correction to be served after the completion of a sentence imposed by another court. He was assessed $90.
Nicole Fernandez, 19, of 468 Liberty St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
Gregg M. Sheldon, 32, of 11 Tow Path Lane, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 13, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Kimberly Wilson, 33, of 76 Lucerne Road, Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 25, 2013, hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
