William J. O’Connell, 57, of 99 Woodmont St., saw two charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and two charges of threatening to commit a crime brought by Westfield police not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence when the victims failed to appear in court.
Cody Nazzaro, 19, of 9 Tanglewood Drive, Chelmsford, was placed on pretrial probation for three months after he was arraigned on a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield State University police.
Laura Owens, 43, of 34 Meadow St., pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny from a building brought by Westfield police and was placed on probation for six months. She was assessed $90 and ordered to pay restitution of $137.
