SOUTHWICK – Patricia A. “Patsy” (Sargent) Jurich, 84, (1939 – 2023) passed away peacefully on April 6, 2023. Born in Northfield, Vermont and moved to Massachusetts in the late 1960’s where she remained. Patricia worked for Roncari Industries for many years, and upon their closing went on to work at Family Medicine in Westfield until her retirement.
Some years after Pat’s retirement she reconnected with a former classmate, her companion L.E. “Spunk” Coburn, and they enjoyed just “putzing” around and taking many trips back and forth to Vermont.
Patricia was predeceased by her husband, Robert L. Jurach, and her son, Robert “Bob” L. Jurach; along with her parents, Robert S. and Hildred (Norman) Sargent, and her brother, Robert Sargent.
Patricia is survived by her beloved son, Brian Mercier and his wife Gena of Suffield, and her daughter-in-law Tiffany Erin Strong.
Funeral services will be private. Burial will take place in Vermont. There are no calling hours.
