WESTFIELD – Patricia N. (Moran) Brown, 72, (1950 – 2022) passed away at home on Friday, December 16, 2022. She was born and raised in Westfield, MA to the late John and Norma (Malansen) Moran. Patricia is a graduate from Westfield High School and Westfield State College where she majored in elementary education. Patricia worked many years as an elementary school teacher with Westfield Public Schools. She will be remembered for her humor, intellect, ability to tell a great story, and passion for history. She enjoyed summers at Cape Cod, going to baseball games, and spending time with her friends and family.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband Michael J. Brown in 2010. She is survived by her loving son Sean P. Brown and his wife Jacquelyn (Quinn) Brown of San Diego, CA, her brother John M. Moran and his wife Rosemary of Westfield, MA, her niece Kate (Moran) Paul and nephew John J. Moran.
Patricia’s smile, kindness, and love will be forever missed.
Visiting hours will be held Thursday, December 29th, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Firtion Adams Funeral Service on 76 Broad St. in Westfield, MA. A funeral Mass will be offered at the church, Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament, 127 Holyoke Road, Westfield, Massachusetts on Friday, December 30th, at 10 a.m. with interment following at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Westfield. www.firtionadams.com
