Driving on Falley Dr, on Monday, I noticed emptied trash cans were knocked over. When I came upon the truck, I found the reason. While waiting for a chance to pass it, I watched the man throw the container across the street to the foot of the driveway. The photos I took are attached in this email. I wonder if jobs were lost because of the new trash pickup plan. Or perhaps, this was just someone not happy to be back to work after two shortened holiday weeks. At any rate, the residents in this neighborhood did not deserve to come home at the end of their work day and find their trash cans laying across their driveways. They are paying for this service. This is not good customer service. Also, there was clearly no thought about the school bus drivers who would have to dodge the cans as they navigated Falley Drive.
