10:20 a.m.: Accident, North Elm Street. Police received a report for a two-vehicle crash involving a city worker in a city vehicle and a 2008 Mazda 3. One vehicle was towed but no injuries were reported.
12:28 p.m.: Larceny, walk-in. Police received a report from a walk-in party who claimed that they believed a relative was using their name to get gas and electric utilities. Police are investigating.
2:29 p.m.: Accident, Elm Street and Franklin Street. Police received a report of a two-vehicle crash involving a 2002 Chevrolet truck and a 1995 Ford Explorer. No injuries were reported and no tow trucks requested.
