7:18 p.m.: Found property, Union Street. Police received a report from a resident who claimed that they had found items that belonged to other people in the pants pockets of a house guest. The person was staying at the residence for a few days, according to police. Police reported that there were several cards, with at least two reported lost or stolen. The incident is still under investigation.

7:59 p.m.: Accident, Franklin Street. Police received a report for a two-vehicle accident involving a 2004 Nissan Sentra and a 2007 Ford Freestar. Police reported no airbag deployment or tow needed, but one party was brought to the hospital with injuries, transported there by Westfield Fire paramedics.

10:47 p.m.: Accident, Root Road. Police received a report of a vehicle that struck a telephone pole on Root Road. There were no injuries reported and the occupant was out of the vehicle upon police arrival. There was no known cause of the crash at the time of the report.
