Major crime and incident report

1:47 p.m.: Breaking and entering motor vehicle, Springfield Road. Police received a report of a vehicle that was allegedly entered and an iPad reported missing.
3:01 p.m.: Accident, Southampton Road and Servistar Way. Police received a report of a two-vehicle accident. A 2001 Honda Accord and a 2006 Nissan Altima were involved. One person was reported injured and transported to Baystate Noble Hospital via Westfield Fire ambulance and personnel. A tow truck was also requested.
