12:48 p.m. Vandalism, Kellogg Street. Police received a report from a resident who said that they had two windows on their garage damaged. According to the report, the resident believed that the damage was in relation to them being targeted, but police would not specify by whom or for what reason. The cost of the damage was approximately $100.

2:39 p.m.: Accident, North Elm Street. Police received a report of a two vehicle accident involving a 2001 Chevrolet Trailblazer and a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Police did not report any injuries or a need for a tow.

4:58 p.m.: Accident, City View Boulevard. Police received a report of a vehicle that struck a deer on City View Boulevard. There were no injuries to humans and the outcome for the deer was not specified, but the vehicle that struck the deer did require a tow truck.

5:31 p.m.: Possible larceny, Court Street. Police received a report from an elderly care facility that a bottle of narcotic medication went missing. Police reported that the medication was originally in a locked drawer and that the disappearance is a possible theft. Police are investigating.
