Major crime and incident report

2:03 p.m.: Accident, East Mountain Road. Police received a report of a vehicle that had reportedly lost control and “flipped over.” A vehicle was on its side and struck a utility pole, according to police. No injuries were reported but the vehicle was towed. See story in the Monday Dec. 11 Westfield News.

2:12 p.m.: Accident, City View Boulevard. Police received a report of a two-vehicle accident. A 2014 Honda Accord and a 2005 Ford were involved. No injuries. See story in the Monday Dec. 11 Westfield News.

2:51 p.m.: Accident, Western Avenue and Lloyds Hill Road. Police received a report of a three-vehicle accident. A 2008 Ford F250, a 2016 Subaru Outback and a 2004 Honda CRV were involved. No injuries. See story in the Monday Dec. 11 Westfield News.

3:29 p.m.: Accident, Parker Avenue. Police received a report of a previous accident in a parking lot, which occurred in a private parking lot. A dispute allegedly occurred afterward. No arrests. See story in the Monday Dec. 11 Westfield News.

5:52 p.m.: Accident, Shaker Road. Police received a report of a vehicle that struck a tree. No injuries and no tow truck requested. See story in the Monday Dec. 11 Westfield News.

10:37 p.m.: Accident, Holyoke Road and Springdale Road. Police received a report of a two-vehicle accident. Police reported that one person was injured in the accident and was transported to Baystate Noble Hospital via Westfield Fire ambulance and personnel.
