Major crime and incident report

7:50 a.m.:
accident, 151 Southwick Road at 14 Hillside Road, 2000 Dodge Caravan (towed) and 2009 GMC Sierra, no injuries;
10:20 a.m.: breaking and entering motor vehicle, Fairfield Avenue, man reported his vehicle was broken into overnight, stereo and amplifier stolen;
10:56 a.m.: suspicious person, Mill Street, Patrick J. Flynn, 32, of 18 Myrtle Ave., arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended and operating a motor vehicle with registration revoked;
10:59 a.m.: accident, Eastbound lane of East Main Street, 2003 Lincoln Town car and 1996 Subaru Legacy (towed), patient refused transport;
11:22 a.m.: identity fraud, Springdale Road, man reported that when he tried to open an account with Westfield Gas & Electric, he learned that someone had opened an account with Westfield G & E using his social security number in May;
12:32 p.m.: school investigation, Westfield Technical Academy Lower Campus, 33 Smith Ave., investigated;
12:58 p.m.: accident, Charm Auto Sales, 766 Southampton Road, 2008 Ford Escape (towed), 2012 FRLN tractor trailer (towed) and 2007 tractor trailer (towed), operator of Ford Escape with three-year-old twin daughters transported to Baystate Noble Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries;
3:01 p.m.: larceny, Rosedell Drive, man reported that his license plate was stolen from his vehicle;
4:34 p.m.: accident, 198 Holyoke Road at 139 Springdale Road, 1997 Honda Accord (towed) and 2012 Ford Ecovan, no injuries.
