1:23 a.m.: disturbance, Genesis Healthcare, 60 E. Silver St., patient being aggressive, transported to Baystate Noble Hospital;
4:03 a.m.: medical emergency, old train trestle, Elm St., man reported he fell off the trestle bridge, 15-20 feet, approximately 20 minutes ago, transported to Baystate Noble Hospital with back and neck pain;
10:51 a.m.: accident, 13 Noble St., city dump truck struck by a vehicle, no injuries, no tows;
11:50 a.m.: arrest, Westfield Police Department, 15 Washington St., Adam R. Tirrell, 30, of 68 Angeline St., West Springfield, arrested on charges of larceny over $250 by single scheme;
1:53 p.m.: assist citizen, party went to Westfield District Court with evidence of family member’s addiction, officer took custody of evidence to be destroyed.
