1 a.m.: accident, 1879 E. Mountain Road, motor vehicle vs. tree, one vehicle towed, no injuries, DPW contacted regarding downed tree;
7:33 a.m.: accident, Western Avenue at Broadway, one vehicle towed, patient refused medical treatment;
8:14 a.m.: accident, 302 Russell Road at 11 Lloyds Hill Road, three vehicles involved, two vehicles towed, no injuries;
8:16 a.m.: identity fraud, White Street, man checked his credit history and found accounts opened in his name by someone else using his social security number;
9:27 a.m.: burglary/breaking and entering, Parker Avenue, man reported his residence was broken into overnight;
9:36 a.m.: arrest, Westfield Police Department, 15 Washington St. Christopher J. Boutin, 26, of 36 Gordon St., Springfield, was arrested on charges of larceny over $250, felony breaking and entering daytime and two outstanding warrants;
12:41 p.m.: identity fraud, Christopher Drive, man attempted to file federal taxes only to find someone filed using his information;
5 p.m.: burglary/breaking and entering, Firtion Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad St., a nighttime incident occurred on February 23, police attempted to serve a warrant to a suspect in Huntington, suspect was not there but after owner consented to a search of residence police recovered property from the breaking and entering;
8:19 p.m.: accident, Elm Street at Cowles Court, two vehicle crash, one vehicle towed, no injuries.
