6:56 a.m.: accident, 167 Western Ave. at 1 Lloyds Hill Road, 2002 Hyundai Sonata (towed) and 1995 Dodge Dakota, no injuries;
8:10 a.m.: motor vehicle violation, 36 Moseley Ave., Ricky C. Clark, 55, of 74 Orange St., arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle with license revoked, driver side brake light equipment violation, unregistered motor vehicle, forge/misuse of RMV document and number plate violation to conceal identity;
2:38 p.m.: shoplifting, Home Depot, 514 E. Main St., employee reported that two persons stole power tools valued at approximately $700 on February 20 caught on video surveillance;
5:18 p.m.: accident, Berkshire Bank, 44 Little River Road, 2000 Nissan Altima and 2009 Toyota Corolla (towed), no injuries;
6:51 p.m.: burglary/breaking & entering, St. Paul Street, investigated;
7 p.m.: larceny, Oakwood Terrace Apts., 200 Southwick Road, report of a guitar stolen by a known suspect;
7:43 p.m.: accident, 658 Western Ave. at 4 Park Drive, one vehicle towed, patient refused medical treatment;
9:25 p.m.: traffic or motor vehicle complaint, Cumberland Farms, 1134 Southampton Road, Daniel Lee Wheeler, 21, of 60 Chester Road, Middlefield, arrested on charges of possessing Class A drug, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, possession of Class E drug and destruction of evidence.
