2:28 p.m.: incapacitated person, Casimir Street, a patrol officer reports he became aware of a resident who was too intoxicated to care for herself, the officer reports nobody could be found who would care for the woman so she was transported to Baystate Noble Hospital in protective custody;
4:03 p.m.: suspicious person, North Road, a caller reports a vehicle is slowly driving around the parking lot at the Hampton Ponds Plaza while the operator photographs children playing, the caller said the car drove away when a person attempted to photograph the car’s registration plate, the responding officer reports no indications of criminal activity were found;
10:43 p.m.: found property, Chapman Playground, St.Paul Street, a patrol officer reports a set of keys for a Honda Accord were found at the playground, the owner was not be located and the keys were transported to the station for safe keeping.
