1:26 a.m.: suspicious vehicle, Pontoosic Road, a patrol officer reports a check of a vehicle seen parked on Pontoosic Road, revealed a male party in the vehicle who was too intoxicated to care for himself, nobody could be found to care for the man who was placed in protective custody, the vehicle was towed to the police impound yard;
3:23 p.m.: disturbance, Medeiros Way, a caller from a Medeiros Way distribution center reports that one of his drivers told him that another driver had pointed a firearm at him during a heated argument in one of the company’s trucks, the responding officer reports that the suspect was found to be in possession of a handgun, Rohan K. Davis, 34, of 1352 Seaview, North Lauderdale, FL, was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon and for carrying a loaded firearm without a license.
