12:14 a.m.: assault, Elm Street, a bar employee reports that a group of 5-8 young women are arguing after the bouncer broke up a fight, the responding officer reports one of the participants had a swollen eye and an ambulance was dispatched, the victim declined to be transported to hospital, the officer reports two former roommates had been engaged in a physical altercation but neither wished to pursue the matter;
7:40 a.m.: animal complaint, Mechanic Street, a caller reports a fox is on the sidewalk in front of his home, the responding animal control officer reports the fox was transported to the municipal animal shelter;
10:23 a.m.: fraud, East Mountain Road, a resident came to the station to complain that merchandise has been purchased out-of-state in her name without her knowledge, the responding officer reports the complaint said that she learned that phones had been purchased in Missouri in her name when her phones were deactivated as a result, the woman said that she was able to re-activate her phones and the fraudulently purchased phones were deactivated;
12:24 p.m.: larceny, Southwick Road, a resident came to the station to complain that prescription medications were stolen from her home, the responding officer reports the victim identified a possible suspect and the theft is under investigation;
3:32 p.m.: fraud, Curtis Street, a resident came to the station to complain that accounts were opened in his name, the responding officer reports a dormant account was accessed and used to purchase expensive jewelry, the credit card company was notified of the fraudulent charge;
5:45 p.m.: accident, Elm Street at Cowles Court, a caller reports she was involved in a rear end crash, the responding officer reports one person was transported to Baystate Noble Hospital and both vehicles were towed to the police impound yard;
6:01 p.m.: breaking and entering, Cleveland Avenue, a caller reports that a vacant house has been broken into and copper piping appears to have been stolen, the responding officer reports that copper wire and piping was stolen from a house undergoing renovation.
