7:45 a.m.: Drug/narcotics violations and arrest, Meadow Street. Police reported that as part of an ongoing investigation and surveillance, four people were arrested on drug-related and other charges. Angel D. Garcia, 46, of Springfield, was arrested and charged with distribution class A drug subsequent offense, conspiracy to violate drug law, possession to distribute class A drug subsequent offense and drug violation near school.
Gary D. Musial, 48, of Westfield, was arrested and charged with possession class A drug and conspiracy to violate drug law.
Kevin G. Anderson, 53, of West Springfield, was arrested and charged with distribution of class A drug, conspiracy to violate drug law and drug violation near school.
Krystal L. Wilder, 21, of Westfield, was arrested and charged with distribution of class A drug, conspiracy to violate drug law, drug violation near school and possession of heroin.

4:35 p.m.: Larceny, walk-in. Police received a report of a laptop that was allegedly stolen from a storage unit. The incident is under investigation.
