12:02 a.m.: motor vehicle violation, a patrol officer reports he observed a vehicle operating with an expired inspection sticker and observed suspicious motions by the occupants as he followed the car, the vehicle was stopped and one of the occupants was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana, a city ordinance violation was issued;
2:24 a.m.: annoying phone calls, Murray Avenue, a caller reports receiving three annoying phone calls she believes were from a relative, the woman had been advised of how to trace the calls and said she will contact her phone carrier in the morning;
12:12 p.m.: larceny, Montgomery Road, a resident came to the station to report misuse of a debit card, the responding officer reports that the woman said that she had discovered two unauthorized debits to her account totaling $71.90, the woman told the officer that she spent time recently with an identified man who she believes stole the numbers from her card, the officer reports that the woman said that she does not wish to pursue the matter but wants the incident documented;
2:40 p.m.: found property, Russell Road, an employee of a Russell Road vehicular repair facility reports finding a safe in the yard of the business, the responding officer reports that the safe is open, empty and significantly damaged as it appears to have been pried open, the officer reports that there is no immediate indication where the safe came from;
7:43 p.m.: illegal dumping, Mainline Drive, a patrol officer reports he found that 10 more large bags of leaves had been dumped at the end of Mainline Drive in the same area where he found a similar number of bagged leaves the day before.
