1:49 a.m.:
motor vehicle violation, 112 Main St., Kyle B. Toee, 31, of 112 Main St., arrested on charges of operating motor vehicle with license suspended subsequent offense, speeding and resisting arrest;
8:44 a.m.: accident, Elm Street at Chapel Street, 2016 Cadillac and 2006 Saturn, no injuries, no tows;
9:29 a.m.: accident, Rail Viaduct, 914 E. Mountain Road at Holyoke Road, tractor-trailer struck railroad viaduct, Pioneer Valley Railroad notified to check for damage;
10:57 a.m.: breaking and entering motor vehicle, Jefferson Street, man reported that the wiring under his steering wheel was ripped out sometime overnight;
12:15 p.m.: accident, 587 E. Main St. at 8 Little River Road, 2007 Ford Focus (towed), 2004 Ford Focus and 2006 Ford Ranger, no injuries;
2:38 p.m.: larceny, Loomis Street, resident reported his City of Westfield trash receptacle was stolen;
3:03 p.m.: officer wanted, Brake Plus, 22 Franklin St., employee called to report concern about a customer, Kimberly B. Moore, 54, of 42 Arnold St., arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest;
5:05 p.m.: burglary/breaking and entering, Granville Road, resident reported her house was broken into, all doors were open and her husband’s firearm was stolen;
6:05 p.m.: shoplifting, Radio Shack, 261 E. Main St., caller reported discovering a past shoplifting from Jan. 28;
6:54 p.m.: accident, 198 Holyoke Road at 139 Springdale Road, 2000 Ford Taurus and 2015 Nissan Pathfinder, no injuries, no tows;
7:29 p.m.: accident, 354 Root Road at 237 North Road, witness called to report seeing a vehicle strike a stop sign and leave the scene;
10:14 p.m.: disturbance, Westfield Police Department, 15 Washington St., Deshaun I. Vazquez, 19, of 103 Hartwell St., Southbridge, arrested on charges of disorderly conduct.
