9:07 a.m.:
accident, 612 E. Mountain Road, caller reported seeing a 2016 Audi off the road in the woods, no injuries, vehicle towed;
10:17 a.m.: theft of motor vehicle, Montgomery Street, resident reported one of the registration plates from her vehicle was stolen overnight;
10:40 a.m.: theft of motor vehicle, Aaron’s Distribution Center, 61 Union St., party reported a license plate was stolen from one of their trucks;
11:26 a.m.: disturbance, 40 Heritage Lane, resident reported that a Comcast worker who was working in their home allegedly stole her son’s medicinal marijuana, worker allegedly assaulted her son after he confronted the Comcast worker, Comcast notified, a show cause hearing will be held to determine whether assault and battery charges will be filed against the Comcast worker;
12:00 p.m.: assist other agency, Westfield Middle School South, 30 W. Silver St., investigated;
1:08 p.m.: school investigation, Westfield Technical Academy Lower Campus, 33 Smith Ave., investigated;
2:39 p.m.: accident, vicinity of Angela’s Hair Salon, 78 Franklin St., 2011 Ford and 2006 Nissan, no injuries, no tows;
2:54 p.m.: disturbance, Shea’s Barbershop, 243 Elm St., caller reported a man banging on the windows of the business and harassing people on the street, Joshua M. Wilcox, 31, of 83 W. Housatonic St., Pittsfield, arrested on charges of disorderly conduct;
2:58 p.m.: accident, vicinity of Deals 4 Wheels, 115 Springfield Road, 2012 Toyota Corolla rolled over with entrapment, vehicle towed, driver transported to Baystate Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries;
3:44 p.m.: report of fire/smoke, 10 Flynn Meadow Road, dual response, brush fire extinguished;
3:53 p.m.: brush fire, 178 Montgomery Road, dual response, fire extinguished;
6:42 p.m.: accident, 135 N. Elm St. At 88 Notre Dame St., 1999 Honda Civic and 2009 E. Longmeadow school bus with nearly 30 passengers, no injuries, vehicles towed;
6:45 p.m.: medical emergency, Rachael Terrace, 24-year-old man overdosed on heroin, not breathing and unconscious, two needles found in the bathroom, victim transported to Baystate Noble Hospital;
7:03 p.m.: burglary/breaking and entering, 348 Elm St., resident reported that when he returned home from work he found that someone had broken into his apartment, the door was opened with lock damaged, a laptop was missing.
