1:13 p.m.: traffic/motor vehicle complaint, Springdale Road, woman seen driving erratically with children in the car, Kimberly M. Therrien, 38, of 919 Southampton Road, arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor child endangerment, marked lanes violation and reckless endangerment to child;
6:07 p.m.: disturbance, Samaritan Inn, 7 Free St., party taken to Baystate Noble Hospital;
6:44 p.m.: motor vehicle violation, CVS Pharmacy, 427 E. Main St., Douglas A. Towse, Jr., 30, of 195 Cooper St., Agawam, arrested on outstanding warrant;
9:56 p.m.: accident, Elm Street at School Street, 2015 Toyota Scion and 2005 Nissan, no injuries, no tows;
10:01 p.m.: accident, Springfield Road, referred to other agency.
