Major crime and incident report

2:25 p.m.: Accident, Southampton Road. Police received a report for a two-vehicle crash involving a 2017 Hyundai Sonata and a 2000 Toyota Tundra. No injuries were reported but a tow truck was requested for one vehicle.
11:58 p.m.: Accident, Shaker Road and Canal Drive. Police reported that a vehicle was off the roadway and they were out with the vehicle. Police reported that the vehicle had reportedly struck a tree. Westfield Fire personnel and ambulances were requested for several injured parties. A total of three patients were taken from the scene and transported to Baystate Medical Center. In addition, police arrested Kaitlyn M. Small, 27, of Holyoke, related to a previous incident. Police charged Small with Larceny from person +65, larceny by check under $250, two counts utter false check, attempt to commit crime and receive stolen property -$250.
