8:08 a.m.: assist other department, Notre Dame Street at Vernon Street, a caller from the DPW requests an officer to assist briefly as a crew fills in potholes, services rendered;
10:36 a.m.: larceny, Southampton Road, a resident came to the station to report that her wallet was stolen at a Southampton Road restaurant, the responding officer reports that the woman said that she had inadvertently left her wallet containing about $200 as well as credit cards and other documents on a table at a restaurant, the woman said that when she called in search of the wallet she was told it was not there, the officer reports that the woman called later and said that the wallet had been recovered but did not say if it was intact, the officer reports he was not immediately able to contact the woman;
11:51 a.m.: breaking and entering, Kasper Drive, a caller reports she returned home to find her front door was open, there were no signs of forcible entry but the woman said that she was sure the door had been locked when she left, the woman said that the only thing found to be missing was $2 in quarters;
1:09 p.m.: arrest, Free Street, a patrol officer reports he observed a known woman he believed to be the subject of outstanding warrants, the officer reports two warrants were confirmed and the woman was taken into custody, Desray B. King, 20, of the Agawam Motor Lodge, 23 Suffield St, Agawam, was arrested on warrants issued in 2013 and 2014 by the Chicopee and Westfield district courts;
4:03 p.m.: fraud, Arnold Street, a caller reports her debit card was lost and has been found to have been used in Northampton, the responding officer reports the woman said that a total of about $400 in fraudulent charges were posted in the previous two days;
6:57 p.m.: assist citizen, Colonial Pine Acres, 50 Southampton Road, a community policing officer reports a resident asked to surrender firearms which had belonged to a deceased relative, the CP officer reports the handguns were stored for safe keeping;
11:27 p.m.: assist resident, Westfield Police Department, a resident came to the station and said that he had been released from Noble Hospital and had walked to the station to request transport back to his home, the responding officer reports a courtesy transport was provided to a Union Street address.
