1:16 p.m.: Illegal trash disposal, Ponders Hollow Road. Police received a report from someone on the Rail trail who reportedly saw someone illegally dumping something near the Tin Bridge. Police also received a description of the vehicle. Police responded and found the vehicle on Broad Street. According to police, the person who allegedly illegally dumped said that they noticed they were seen and attempted to pick up the material. Police found that not all the material was removed and the alleged offender was escorted to the area and picked up the debris. Police cited the person.
1:30 p.m.: Larceny, East Bartlett Street. Police received a report that belongings were possibly stolen from an apartment while the resident was away. The resident was having their items reportedly moved from one apartment to another inside the same complex, and when they returned they alleged that there were items missing. Police are investigating.
2:31 p.m.: Accident, Free Street. Police received a report for a three-vehicle crash involving a 2015 Honda Accord, a 2007 Honda Accord and a 2004 Suzuki XL7. No injuries were reported and no tow trucks were requested.
