9:51 p.m.: accident, Lindbergh Blvd., 2004 Mack truck and 2015 Nissan (towed), employee from Twiss Street Landfill reported that one of his trash trucks hit a vehicle, no injuries;
10:23 a.m.: officer wanted, Hanover Street, caller reported that her son was involved in an incident over the weekend which concerns her;
1:31 p.m.: fraud, Rinova Building Residential Apartments, 107 Elm St., resident reported that someone from a Springfield address used his name to open a Comcast account from October 3, 2014 to December 27, 2015 with a bill totaling $576;
2:55 p.m.: brush fire, CVS Pharmacy, 427 E. Main St., dual response;
4:04 p.m.: accident, A. Duie Pyle, Inc., Building D, 210 Servistar Industrial Way, 1999 Oldsmobile (towed), 2012 tractor trailer and 2016 Hyundai, no injuries;
5:03 p.m.: medical emergency, Munger Hill Road, 29-year-old who possibly overdosed on heroin was unconscious and gained consciousness during the call, patient transported to Baystate Noble Hospital;
5:19 p.m.: larceny, Court Street, resident reported theft of recycling bin;
7:34 p.m.: trespassing, Pochassic Road, caller reported a vehicle in the fields at the end of Pochassic Road was “burning out,” parties charges with destruction of property;
8:35 p.m.: assault, Ryan’s Liquors, 31 Franklin St., Abimael Benitez, 40, of 44 Franklin St., arrested on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon (knife) and assault & battery, after attempting to stab a clerk in the store; See story in Monday May 16 Westfield News
9:23 p.m.: vandalism, Pochassic Road, resident reported that an ATV caused damage to his yard.
