12:o2 a.m.: Larceny, 57 Main St. Victim called police and told them that his bicycle was stolen from this address on May 11, “around 1 a.m.”
11:28 a.m.: Larceny. A person walked into the Westfield Police Department and notified police that her credit card was stolen. The victim said that the card was “used to purchase items,” and that they may know who had stolen the card.
8:16 p.m.: Arrest, Ponders Hollow Road. A witness was walking their dog in the area of Ponders Hollow Road, and called police to notify them that they saw a man without his pants on nearby. Police arrived and arrested Oleg Igumnov, 27, of 16 Sheldon Ave., on charges of open and gross lewdness.
