10:10 a.m.: identity fraud, Russellville Road, a resident came to the station to report that somebody attempted to cash in his life insurance policy, the responding officer reports the complainant said that he has contacted his underwriter who advised him to report the incident to police;
12:01 p.m.: larceny, Kane Brothers Circle, a resident came to the station to report a loss from her bank account, the responding officer reports the complainant said that although she never lost possession of her debit card her account was accessed,;
4:12 p.m.: animal complaint, South Maple Street, an animal control officer reports a resident brought a cat to the shelter which had been in the area of her home for about a month, the cat was described as a short-haired neutered male Siamese cat which is lilac point and white in color, the cat has an unregistered microchip;
4:32 p.m.: fraud, Prospect Street, a resident came to the station to report fraudulent use of his debit card, the responding officer reports the complainant said that he never lost possession of his debit card but his account was repeatedly accessed outside the city;
5:30 p.m.: trespassing, Main Street, a caller from a retail store reports a person previously served with a “No trespassing” order is on the property, Miguel G. Fernandez, 74, of 10C Kasper Drive, was arrested for trespass.
