1:32 a.m.: disturbance, Main Street, a caller reports a loud college aged party, the responding officer reports a city noise ordinance violation citation was issued and the gathering was dispersed;
11:03 a.m.: larceny, WalMart, 141 Springfield Roda, a loss prevention employee reports a larceny, the responding officer reports the complainant reports that a person used an unauthorized key to access computer equipment which he carried past the cash registers, when challenged the man produced an old receipt and kept walking, the man was identified and a criminal complaint was filed;
1:12 p.m.: well being check, Southampton Road, a caller reports a person in a car parked at a convenience store appears to be asleep, the responding officer reports the man was found to be the subject of an outstanding warrant issued by the Holyoke District Court, Jeremy William Tallis, 29, of 868 Southampton Road, Westfield, was arrested on the warrant;
2:15 p.m.: larceny, Orchard Street, a resident came to the station to report fraudulent use of his debit card, the responding officer reports the complaint said that he never lost possession of his debit card but his account was twice accessed in Agawam;
5:02 p.m.: larceny, White Street, a resident came to the station to report fraudulent use of his debit card, the responding officer reports the complainant said that he never lost possession of his debit card but his account was accessed in Webster;
6:13 p.m.: larceny, Montgomery Street, a resident came to the station to report fraudulent use of his debit card, the responding officer reports the complainant said that he never lost possession of his debit card but his account was accessed in Sturbridge and Putnam, Conn.;
7:01 p.m.: larceny, Ravine Circle, a resident came to the station to report fraudulent use of her debit card, the responding officer reports the complainant said that she never lost possession of his debit card but her account was twice accessed in Chicopee;
7:40 p.m.: disturbance, Kellogg Street a caller reports a loud college aged party, the responding officer reports a large gathering was dispersed;
8:11 p.m.: motor vehicle violation, Court Street, a patrol officer reports he observed a vehicle operating erratically before it stopped at a green light, the vehicle was stopped and the operator was found to be intoxicated, Victoria M. Gurley, 45, of 19 Kellogg St., Westfield, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operator of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation.
