6:44 a.m.: disturbance, Green Avenue, an officer responding to a disturbance reports he encountered the subject on an outstanding warrant issued by Westfield District Court, Kristine A. Lent, 46, of 656 West Road, Westfield , was arrested on the warrant;
9:35 a.m.: assault, Elm Street, a resident came to the station to complain that she was assaulted by a known female party, the responding officer reports the alleged offender claims she was assaulted by the reporting party;
12:42 p.m.: larceny, East Silver Street, a nursing home resident reports that his wallet was stolen, the responding officer reports an investigation was initiated;
1:39 p.m.: larceny, Loomis Street, a resident came to the station to report that she reviewed her bank statement to find that her account had been fraudulently accessed, the victim told the responding officer that she needs a police report for her bank’s investigation;
6:09 p.m.: motor vehicle violation, Springdale Road, a patrol officer reports he observed a vehicle operating at an excessive rate of speed, the car was stopped and the operator was found to be unlicensed, a criminal complaint was filed;
8:52 p.m.: larceny, W. Silver Street, a resident came to the station to complain that his son’s Bluetooth speaker was stolen while he was at the skatepark behind the middle school, the responding officer reports he learned that the boy left the speaker when he went to help another user of the park who had suffered a minor injury and he returned to find the speaker missing, three youths had been near the device before it disappeared, two girls submitted an examination of their property but a boy did not;
9:27 p.m.: motor vehicle violation, Southampton Road at Hickory Avenue, a patrol officer reports he observed a vehicle operating erratically, the car was stopped and the operator initially offered another person’s license but was subsequently found to have a suspended license, Vladislav Lukin, 20, of 31 Kittredge Drive, Westfield, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and for being a motor vehicle operator who refuses to identify himself.
