4:20 p.m.: Motor vehicle violation and arrest, Southampton Road. Police reported that a vehicle was reportedly traveling 56 MPH in a 40 MPH zone. Police stopped the vehicle and found the driver, Rober F. Fox, II, 36, of West Springfield, to have a suspended license. Police arrested and charged Fox for operating motor vehicle with license suspended, subsequent offense.
