9:10 a.m.: weather complaint, Montgomery Road, a caller reports a sidewalk has not been cleared, the responding officer reports he advised the homeowner of the pertinent city ordinance, the officer reports he addressed a similar complaint elsewhere on Montgomery Road and left a written warning at a third Montgomery Road address;
10:47 a.m.: weather complaint, North Elm Street, a patrol officer reports he issued a verbal warning regarding snow removal, the officer reports he addressed similar sidewalk complaints on Southampton Road, Holyoke Road and Crown Street, another officer addressed a similar complaint on Noble Avenue;
11:06 a.m.: accident, City View Boulevard, a caller reports his vehicle veered off the roadway and struck a utility pole, the responding officer reports the pole was snapped but no injuries were reported, the G&E was notified;
1:41 p.m.: suspicious activity, Crown Street, a resident came to the station to report he believes he was drugged, the responding officer reports the man said that he believes an unknown drug was added to his bottle of rum because when he awoke the morning after a party at his home he felt dizzy and fell down, the man said that he consumed more rum to see if the effects were due to the rum with the same effect, the man and his roommate identified as a suspect the only person at the party he does not know, the rum bottle was surrendered as evidence;
8:11 p.m.: motor vehicle violation, Springfield Road, a patrol officer reports he observed motor vehicle violation and a criminal complaint was filed, the vehicle was surrendered to a licensed operator.
