2:28 p.m.: officer wanted, 62 Granville Road, Northampton state police dispatch called reporting an open 911 line from a city number, they heard two men fighting over a woman and one of the men saying “Why you pointing a gun at me,” state police received a second call reporting a knife possibly involved, number traced, officers investigated, incident report done, no arrests;
6:33 p.m.: motor vehicle violation, 280 Russell Road at 4 Putnam drive, officer stopped a vehicle for speeding, Kyle D. Morin, 22, of 189 Montgomery St., Apt. 1fl, Chicopee, arrested on charges of possession of class B drug (amphetamine) and possession with intent to distribute Class D drug (52 ounces of marijuana);
9:30 p.m.: burglary/breaking and entering, Sunrise Terrace, caller reported that while they were away for the weekend someone broken into their house, trashed it and stole cash, jewelry and other items, entry made through garage door;
11:22 p.m.: animal complaint, Franklin Street, callers reported that they believe their pit bull was stolen, they last saw the dog less than an hour ago;
11:55 p.m.: officer wanted, Whip City Pub, 287 N. Elm St., caller reported a possible hit and run accident, a Honda struck a parked vehicle and left the scene, police reported it was not an accident, driver’s side mirror damaged.
