11:15 a.m.:
burglary/breaking and entering, Riverbend Condos, 555 Russell Road, resident reported someone broke into her apartment overnight and some items were missing;
3:50 p.m.: accident, Taco Bell, 231 E. Main St., patient refused transport, no tows;
6:30 p.m.: assault, 36 Fowler St., caller reported that her boyfriend, who was bleeding from the face, was involved in an altercation, suspects took off in two vehicles but were apprehended, arrested were Mark A. Nutting, 42, of 11 Noble Ave., Apt. 2, on charges of assault and battery with dangerous weapon (to wit shod foot), assault and battery on +60/disabled with injury, defacement/vandalize property, assault and battery and assault and battery with dangerous weapon +60 (to wit: vehicle), Jose M. Velez, 42, of 15 Fowler St., Apt. #1Fl, on charges of, assault and battery on a +60/disabled person with injury, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (to wit: shod foot), defacement/vandalize property, assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on +60 person (to wit: vehicle) and Jason R. Beaumier, 45, of 15 Fowler St., Apt. #2Fl, on charges of assault and battery on a +60/disabled person with injury, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (to wit: shod foot), defacement/vandalize property, assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on +60 person (to wit: vehicle);
7:20 p.m.: Governor’s Center, 66 Broad St., caller reported that the center is performing an internal investigation regarding a patient being abused by a staff member;
7:43 p.m.: accident: hit and run, Elm Street at Thomas Street, 2008 Toyota towed from scene, witnesses gave police license plate of 2007 Toyota, the offending vehicle, no injuries;
8:49 p.m.: disturbance, 36 Fowler St., services rendered;
10:53 p.m.: college-related disturbance, 64 E. Silver St., services rendered;
11:27 p.m.: college-related disturbance, Taylor Avenue, no police service necessary;
11:56 p.m.: college-related disturbance, 9 Kellogg St., Apt. 1st, ordinance violation issued.
